We are seeking a dedicated Leach Runner to oversee the leaching process in our chemical production facility. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of leaching equipment to identify issues.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule necessary repairs.
• Utilise process control systems for optimal performance monitoring.
• Document all maintenance activities and operational metrics.
• Participate in safety audits and adhere to risk assessments.
• Provide feedback for operational improvements and efficiency gains.
• Support the team in meeting production targets and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or diploma in chemical or mechanical engineering

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Experience with process control systems

Advantageous

• Experience with process improvement initiatives: Proven experience in contributing to efficiency projects is desirable.
