Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Visual Arts
• Additional UX certifications are highly desirable

Experience

• 4+ years of practical experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• InVision
• Usability Testing

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries: Experience in maintaining design consistency across applications.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment: Experience in collaborating with Agile teams for design sprints.
