Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce innovative design solutions that align with the company’s goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate solutions.
  • Refine designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
  • Guide junior designers and promote a culture of design excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into designs.
  • Contribute to design discussions and support strategic planning.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all design deliverables.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Visual Arts
  • Additional UX certifications are highly desirable
Experience
  • 4+ years of practical experience in UX/UI design

  • Adobe XD
  • InVision

Certifications
  • UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
  • Google UX Design Professional Certificate
Languages
