Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cloth Washer Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial washing machines to clean and maintain a variety of fabrics used in our production processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards we uphold.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of washing machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct pre-wash inspections of fabrics for quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to prevent any accidents.
• Assist with training new staff on machinery operation.
• Identify any operational issues and suggest improvements.
• Track and document all washing processes for reporting purposes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Help with other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain tools and materials necessary for job completion.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in cloth washing or a related field preferred.
