Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Internal Security Manager to ensure the safety and protection of our company's assets, employees, and confidential information. The role involves developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and managing security incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of security strategies across the organisation.
  • Conduct investigations into security incidents and define corrective actions.
  • Assess security operations and present improvement recommendations.
  • Create incident response plans and lead security drills.
  • Ensure data protection regulations and compliance requirements are met.
  • Facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders regarding security updates.
  • Oversee security technology deployments and integration within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness among all employees.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing security protocols.
  • Report directly to the CISO on security metrics and incidents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate information security or a similar field
