We are seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Manager to lead our IT support team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will oversee cybersecurity protocols, ensuring the integrity and security of our IT infrastructure while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
Direct the overall cybersecurity strategy for the company.
Review and analyse security performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Implement risk assessment processes to identify vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure.
Coordinate with external cybersecurity vendors for tools and services.
Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
Align cybersecurity initiatives with the business's overall objectives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field
Master's degree in Cybersecurity preferred

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management
