LIDAR Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented LIDAR Analyst to join our dynamic team. Your role will primarily involve analyzing and interpreting LIDAR data to produce accurate terrain models and geospatial products. A strong background in geospatial analysis and data processing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyse LIDAR data with a focus on generating accurate geospatial products.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on datasets to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of geospatial outputs.
• Implement best practices in LIDAR data handling and processing.
• Engage in research and development initiatives related to LIDAR technologies.
• Prepare detailed documentation for processes and analytical methods employed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Geospatial Sciences is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in LIDAR

• Experience in remote sensing applications: Proven track record in applying remote sensing techniques to projects.
