Job Description

As a Cement Mason and Concrete Finisher, your role will involve working with concrete to ensure the highest quality finishes on various structures. Your expertise will ensure that surfaces are smooth and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for concrete application and finishing.
• Operate hand and power tools for smoothing and leveling concrete.
• Mix concrete according to specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Inspect finished work and address any issues or defects promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Assist in training new workers on concrete finishing techniques.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high-quality standard.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in construction or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
