Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions to guide project designs.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders on joint projects.
• Utilize CAD software to create electrical design layouts.
• Participate in project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Assist in research and development of new electrical technologies.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for project materials.
• Prepare bids and proposals for new projects.
• Review and approve engineering designs and specifications.
• Monitor project outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software
• Electrical Testing Equipment

Certifications

• Certified Electrical Engineer (CEE)
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Electrical CAD Software: Experience with software like EPLAN or ETAP for electrical design.
• Experience in HVAC Systems: Knowledge in the design and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
