Pre-School Director

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-School Director to lead our preschool facility. The Pre-School Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, curriculum development, staff management, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
• Coordinate and supervise staff, including teachers, assistants, and support personnel.
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment for children, staff, and parents/guardians.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards set by local authorities.
• Collaborate with parents/guardians to support their child's learning and development.
• Oversee the curriculum and ensure it aligns with current best practices in early childhood education.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in staff management and curriculum development.

Technical Skills

• Inclusion Strategies
• Behaviour Management Techniques

Advantageous

• Experience in successfully leading Ofsted inspections: Proven track record in leading and preparing for Ofsted inspections.
• Knowledge of additional languages: Any proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
