Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Manager to oversee our billing processes and ensure accurate and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing of clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimising billing processes and reducing errors.
  • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Lead staff training initiatives to enhance billing team capabilities.
  • Maintain confidential customer information and handle sensitive issues professionally.
  • Implement and manage an accounts receivable tracking system to improve collections.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment with other departments.
  • Review and refine billing policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of billing processes and lead improvements based on findings.
  • Mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Further qualifications in financial management are a bonus
Experience
  • Demonstrable experience, preferably in a management role within finance.
