Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling and analytical work for various client engagements.

• Stay informed about regulatory changes that may affect clients and transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

• Valuation techniques

Certifications

• Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
• CFA Level II Completion
