Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Setter to join our dynamic production team. The Setter will be responsible for effectively setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machinery settings to optimise production output.
• Monitor machine performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development of operational procedures.
• Work with quality control teams to refine production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Vocational training in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in high-volume production environments is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Machine troubleshooting
• Production software familiarity

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift Operator's License

Languages

• English: Fluent
