Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mattress Makers to join our manufacturing team. As a Mattress Maker, you will craft and assemble mattresses by hand and using state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring quality and comfort in every product.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and assemble high-quality mattresses using both hand techniques and machinery.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery in peak operational condition.
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Assist in training new employees on the mattress manufacturing process.
  • Record production data accurately and report any issues to the management team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Work with the quality control team to maintain high-quality production standards.
  • Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
  • Keep the work area organized and follow health and safety protocols.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Training or certification in sewing or upholstery may be beneficial
Experience
  • Experience with upholstery or furniture manufacturing is advantageous.

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
