This role will include monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, along with addressing technical challenges swiftly. Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure network security and address vulnerabilities promptly.
• Conduct system upgrades and performance assessments.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users across various platforms.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
• Participate in IT projects from conception through to execution.
• Organise training for staff on new technologies and updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
