We are seeking a skilled Pewter Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying a range of finishing techniques to pewter products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with our production team to maintain smooth processes and achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Utilise various finishing techniques for pewter products to achieve optimal appearance.
• Conduct thorough inspections of items to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with the production team to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols while performing duties.
• Document production activities and update inventory records.
• Contribute ideas for refining and modernising finishing processes.
• Engage with industry developments to enhance skillsets.
• Foster teamwork and support colleagues in achieving collective objectives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in metalworking is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years in pewter finishing or similar manufacturing role.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of finishing tools
• Patination techniques

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Teamwork spirit

Certifications

• Pewter Craftsmanship Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
