Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Game Developer (Unity/C#) to join our dynamic team in Belfast! You will be instrumental in designing and developing engaging gameplay experiences while collaborating closely with artists and game designers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement game systems, including AI and game physics.
• Collaborate in rapid prototyping of new gameplay ideas.
• Provide input in game direction and vision with the creative team.
• Ensure game stability and optimization for an enhanced player experience.
• Support the integration of art and audio assets into the game.
• Be part of post-launch support, addressing player feedback to improve the game.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in Game Development

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Unity game development

Technical Skills

• Version Control Systems (e.g., Git)
• 3D Modelling Software (e.g., Blender)

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with mobile game development: Experience with creating games for mobile platforms like iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to deliver projects iteratively.
