UX Product Manager

Job Description

As a UX Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and strategy. Your expertise in user experience design and product management will help drive the development of innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop product positioning strategies.
• Utilise analytics tools to monitor user behaviour and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate product testing and launch activities.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and collateral.
• Identify trends and opportunities in user experience and product management.
• Advocate for user needs within the company by driving a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Product Management is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years in UX product management roles

• Wireframing and Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages
