Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Coventry. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and advocate for their interests within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback and success metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success best practices.
  • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling opportunities.
  • Help shape product roadmap based on customer inputs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer health and success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • MBA or similar qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management
Technical Skills
  • Customer Success Tools (e.g., Gainsight)
