Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Specialist to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tax returns, providing advice on tax regulations, and ensuring compliance with current tax laws. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, along with a passion for pursuing best practices in taxation.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize tax returns and compliance documents.
• Support strategic initiatives that involve tax implications.
• Lead tax workshops and seminars for clients and staff.
• Assess tax risks and implications of business decisions.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on international tax laws.
• Provide input on the development of tax policies and procedures.
• Assist clients in restructuring for optimal tax efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for tax improvements and savings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or equivalent
• Certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of tax advisory experience
