Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of IT assets and recommend replacements.
• Support remote users with IT issues as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant IT certifications are a bonus

Experience

• 3+ years in a technical support role preferred
