Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Wind Farm Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing wind farm projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time and to budget. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, in-depth technical knowledge, and excellent collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative solutions for wind energy projects.
• Lead the preparation of project documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Support project management in monitoring project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with environmental teams to ensure minimal impact on local ecosystems.
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance project acceptance.
• Train junior engineers and support their professional development.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and resources needed for project execution.
• Review and evaluate performance data for wind farm operations.
• Develop and implement best practices for wind project development.
• Contribute to research and development activities to innovate wind technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Renewable Energy is advantageous

Experience

• Experience with project management and coordination in wind energy projects
