Responsibilities
Design innovative training routines to keep athletes engaged.
Assess and analyse performance metrics for improvement.
Drive a positive culture of fitness and discipline.
Incorporate injury prevention strategies in training.
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions when necessary.
Build relationships with athletes and their families to support their training journey.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Physical Education or related field
Advanced coaching and training certifications preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in coaching and training athletes
