Job Description

As a Potato Chip Sacking Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the sacking machine effectively while ensuring the packaging process is efficient, accurate, and in compliance with health and safety standards. You'll play a vital role in our production team, contributing to the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Run the sacking machine and adjust settings to achieve production goals.
• Monitor the quality of the potato chips during packaging.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the machinery.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity logs and assist in reporting results.
• Train junior operators on standard operating procedures.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the proper handling of packaging materials.
• Respond to machine malfunctions quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating packaging machinery is a plus.

Languages
