As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to design, implement, and execute test plans. Your insights will help shape product improvements and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Facilitate training for new team members on testing protocols.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to testing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new testing tools and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing phases and results.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years in software testing roles with hands-on experience in automated testing

Technical Skills

• Test Management Tools (e.g., TestRail)
• API Testing Tools (e.g., Postman)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Performance Testing: Familiarity with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to evaluate software performance under load.
