Responsibilities

• Design and implement network and server configurations.
• Provide timely and efficient support to all IT-related queries.
• Plan and carry out routine maintenance on IT infrastructure.
• Assist in managing budgets for IT infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Master's degree in IT or related field is an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on infrastructure management
