Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and seeking out new opportunities to grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking and outreach.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Organise and attend trade shows and industry events.
  • Enhance client retention strategies and drive customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for client accounts.
  • Engage with clients post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the sales industry
