As a Corporate Wellness Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee health and wellness across various organisations. Your expertise will guide companies in implementing effective wellness strategies, helping to foster a healthy workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with health providers to offer comprehensive wellness services.
• Promote wellness initiatives through internal marketing to increase participation.
• Organize health-focused events and activities, including fitness challenges and mental health days.
• Advise management on health-related policies and employee assistance programs.
• Identify and arrange external health services, such as counselling and fitness classes.
• Provide guidance on nutritional programs and healthy eating environments.
• Train staff on wellness best practices and support systems.
• Act as a point of contact for employee wellness inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in health promotion or wellness advising

Languages
