We are seeking a highly skilled Pattern Chain Builder to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing precise and accurate pattern chains while utilising various software platforms. Your expert knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring our textile designs meet client specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain intricate pattern chains for textile designs.
• Work directly with designers to convert concepts into practical designs.
• Utilise CAD software to create precise patterns and configurations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide technical support to the production team regarding pattern-related issues.
• Stay abreast of new technological advancements in pattern building.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Document processes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2+ years working in the fashion or textile industry

Technical Skills

• Proficient in CAD systems
• Digital Textile Printing Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Team Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools: Experience using software for 3D presentations of textile designs.
