Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our skilled team. This role involves operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and working closely with production teams to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for manufacturing shoes, adjusting settings as needed for material variations.
• Conduct quality inspections at various production stages to ensure standards are met.
• Follow production schedules and report any delays or obstacles to management.
• Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory tracking of raw materials and finished products.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production performance and improvements.
• Help implement safety training and protocols within the production team.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions to enhance workflow.
• Maintain a positive team environment to foster collaboration and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma, vocational school preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of direct experience in machine operation or production

Technical Skills

• Machinery Troubleshooting
• Safety Protocols

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Operation License: Certification for operating forklifts is beneficial.
• Experience with CAD software: Understanding of CAD software can be a plus for technical tasks.
