Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated UX Research Consultant to join our innovative team in Lichfield. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience principles, empathy for user needs, and the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that drive design decisions. Ideal candidates will have a knack for identifying user pain points and developing strategies to enhance product usability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry standards.
• Lead usability testing sessions to evaluate product performance.
• Engage with users to understand their experiences and expectations.
• Provide recommendations for design improvements based on research outcomes.
• Document research processes and outcomes for future reference.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance research expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX research with a strong portfolio

• Survey Design

Certifications

• UX Design Institute Diploma

Languages

• English: Fluent
