Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sealer to join our dynamic factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of seals on various products, maintaining efficiency in production, and adhering strictly to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sealing equipment according to specifications.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with quality control to ensure compliance with sealing standards.
• Assist in the development of new sealing techniques and methods.
• Participate in safety audits and trainings.
• Provide feedback for equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Document production processes and changes effectively.
• Engage in cross-training to support team flexibility.
• Support team members in achieving production goals.
• Champion health and safety practices throughout the facility.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Experience operating sealing machinery is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality control principles
• Understanding of health and safety regulations

Languages

• English: Fluent
