Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Houseperson to uphold cleanliness and order throughout our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities include assisting with general housekeeping tasks while providing exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Assist in handling any guest complaints or requests.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Requirements

Education

• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cleaning products: Knowledge of various cleaning supplies and their proper usage.
• Experience with laundry duties: Ability to handle and process laundry effectively.
