Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues for our users. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for IT. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring users receive top-notch support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Manage software installations and updates.
  • Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
  • Document support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain user documentation and technical manuals.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are a plus
Experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing IT support role is advantageous
