Job Description

A Maintenance Worker at Facilities Management Ltd. is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various facilities. This role includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and guarantee optimal functionality of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all maintenance requests.
  • Evaluate maintenance needs through detailed inspections.
  • Work with external vendors for specialized service contracts.
  • Facilitate communication between maintenance and other departments.
  • Assist in budgeting for maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Implement preventive maintenance plans.
  • Educate staff on equipment usage and safety practices.
  • Compile maintenance reports for management review.
  • Train new staff members on maintenance protocols.
  • Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
