Job Description

As a Weapons Designer, you will leverage your engineering skills to design and develop state-of-the-art weapons systems. This role involves not only the conception and development of these systems but also thorough testing to ensure they meet strict performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the design and development of innovative weapon systems in a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to validate weapon performance.
  • Manage documentation and compliance with defence standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to promote innovation and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance during the manufacturing and production phases.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for weapons design.
  • Engage in training and mentorship of junior engineers within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree with specialisation in Weapon Systems Engineering.
Experience
  • 5+ years in weapon systems or closely related fields.
