Job Description

As an Industrial Engineering Technologist, you will conduct time and motion studies to improve work processes. Your role is crucial in identifying inefficiencies and providing actionable recommendations to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough time studies and motion analyses to enhance productivity.
• Report and document processes, procedures, and their respective timings.
• Identify trends in process data to inform future operational strategies.
• Advise on lean methodologies to minimise wastes in workflows.
• Work with production teams to monitor compliance with recommendations.
• Utilise various analytical software tools to support data collection.
• Assist in developing performance metrics and KPIs for monitoring.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives with management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (preferred)

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial
