We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our friendly team in Barnsley. In this role, you will help clients plan their dream holidays, providing expert advice and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting travel options that suit their budgets and preferences.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including transport, accommodation, and activities.
• Provide clients with all necessary information regarding travel documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Utilise booking systems to manage customer reservations and ensure accuracy.
• Enhance client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Stay informed on travel regulations and safety guidelines.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Travel and Tourism or Business

Experience

• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel sector, is beneficial.
