Job Description

As a Counter Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing efficient, friendly, and professional service at our service counter. Your role will involve handling transactions, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and renting products.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and concerns.
  • Help maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
  • Provide support to team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
