Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Clinical Data Supervisor to lead data management efforts in our Newcastle office. This role encompasses overseeing the collection, processing, and analysis of clinical data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical data management and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve data collection processes and technology.
  • Conduct data integrity audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize data management systems and workflows.
  • Engage with study teams to clarify data requirements and data entry processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Prepare and present findings from data analyses to senior management.
  • Support cross-functional teams in project execution and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the development of training resources for data management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Data Management, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical data management or a related field
