Responsibilities
Regularly survey customers for feedback on product satisfaction.
Work with IT teams to manage and troubleshoot product issues.
Create marketing materials to support product launches.
Evaluate user experience and iterate products based on usability studies.
Report on industry trends and forecast future product directions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
