• Monitor release performance and metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in release management.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in a relevant field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a related field, with at least 2 years in release management.

Technical Skills

• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Release Automation Tools

Soft Skills

• Team leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Configuration Management Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Puppet or Chef.
• Enterprise Release Management Solutions: Experience with UrbanCode Deploy or similar tools.
