Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will coordinate clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing participant recruitment and data collection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of clinical trials to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing study protocols and informed consent documents.
  • Ensure all clinical trial activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Facilitate participant enrollment and retention strategies during trials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate research activities into patient care.
  • Manage clinical trial budgets and report on expenditures.
  • Conduct training sessions for new clinical staff on trial protocols and procedures.
  • Act as the primary contact for study participants, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Compile and analyze study data for report preparation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology or Public Health
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical research settings
