Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Network Support Engineer to join our Grimsby office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in network maintenance and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring network performance, resolving issues, and collaborating with other IT experts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and connectivity of network systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades of network infrastructure.
• Work with vendors to evaluate and implement new network solutions.
• Create and update network documentation and user guides.
• Respond to service requests and provide excellent customer support.
• Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of network resources.
• Assist in training staff on network policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date on emerging networking technologies and trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Network-related certifications (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA Network+)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in network support or IT support
