Job Description

As an Installation Project Supervisor, you will oversee and manage installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet quality standards and deadlines. Your role involves coordinating with teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of installation projects.
  • Plan and schedule project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
  • Ensure that all installations are performed according to design specifications and standards.
  • Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety on site.
  • Collect feedback from clients and team members to enhance future project performance.
  • Resolve technical and logistical issues that may arise on site.
  • Document project progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure contract compliance.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and efficient installation methods.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment used in installations.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational qualification
  • Higher education qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in installation supervision or management
