Job Description

As a Magnesium Mill Operator, you will operate and maintain state-of-the-art machinery used in the production of magnesium. Your role will ensure that our mill runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, meeting all production and quality targets to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Control the magnesium milling machinery to ensure production quality.
• Adjust and monitor settings for machinery to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Implement quality assurance measures for finished products.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Address and solve machine issues swiftly to prevent downtime.
• Keep detailed records of production metrics and activities.
• Work closely with colleagues to drive team performance.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Relevant technical certification or apprenticeship is a considerable advantage.

Experience

• Prior experience in operating milling machinery preferred.
