Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial statements and assess company valuations.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Oversee due diligence processes for potential acquisitions.
• Provide insight and recommendations based on financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for transaction completions.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting the finance sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking
