UX/UI Interaction Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Interaction Designer to join our innovative team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user experience principles and be able to transform complex workflows into intuitive designs. This role will focus on the design of interactive elements for our applications, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring user-centered design principles.
• Utilise tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create design assets.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistent branding and experience across products.
• Conduct workshops and training for team members on UX/UI best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Assist in the development of project timelines and milestones for design deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Graphic Design, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
