We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our dedicated team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of structural analysis and design, along with experience in various construction materials. Your role will involve designing, assessing, and overseeing the construction of structures to ensure stability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Utilize software tools for structural analysis and design.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with environmental engineers to ensure sustainability.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new engineering methodologies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Review and approve designs produced by junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Certifications

• European Engineer (EurIng)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
