Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Art Program Director to lead our creative initiatives in Motherwell. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of innovative art programmes that engage the community and foster artistic expression. This role is pivotal in cultivating partnerships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality artistic experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Champion innovative ideas and artistic practices that inspire creativity.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with participants to enhance programme delivery.
  • Stay updated on current trends in the arts sector to inform programme development.
  • Manage logistics for events and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director on long-term planning and vision.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Arts Administration, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in programme development and management
