As an Orthopedic Shoes Salesperson, you will be the guiding resource for customers seeking the perfect orthopedic shoes. You will play a crucial role in educating customers about various footwear options, ensuring they leave with the right shoes that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their orthopedic needs and recommend suitable footwear solutions.
• Assist customers with fitting and sizing of orthopedic shoes, ensuring a comfortable and appropriate fit.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in orthopedic footwear.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in sales or customer service is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably with a focus on footwear or orthopedic products.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic conditions and footwear solutions
• Experience in visual merchandising in a retail environment

Soft Skills

• Proactive and self-motivated
• Good organizational and time management skills
